Sylvan's chief technology officer Monica Nicolau recently sat down with The Huffington Post for a profile meant to highlight women in business.
Nicolau started with Sylvan in 2011 as a senior director, then moved into the role of vice president of software development for SylvanSync. She became the chief technology officer in June of 2015.
